Specializing in the management of prestigious, service-centric associations, he has successfully guided actively developing communities from inception through the complexities of the construction and development process, ensuring a seamless, service-centric experience for new homeowners. Raised in Southern California, Rich graduated from Loyola Marymount University with degrees in both Political Science and Communications. He is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), earning designations as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and an Association Management Specialist (AMS). He is actively involved as a volunteer within his community and serves as a Board Member for several non-profit organizations.
