Lauren Winkowski has over 12 years of experience in business development and corporate marketing within the vendor, building developer, and property management sectors. Her extensive background and diverse industry exposure have provided her with a deep understanding of the multifaceted needs of community associations and the organizations that support them. Lauren joined PMP with a strong foundation in relationship management, strategic partnerships, and brand development, and plays a key role in fostering meaningful industry connections and supporting PMP’s continued growth across key markets.

Lauren is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, and the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. Through her involvement, she remains engaged in industry best practices, collaborates with local business leaders, and contributes to the advancement of the community management profession throughout Arizona.

Born and raised in Arizona, Lauren has spent most of her life immersed in the region’s dynamic real estate environment and has witnessed firsthand the tremendous growth and development of the local market over the past 25 years. She enjoys sharing her market knowledge and insights with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to support thoughtful community planning and long-term association success.

Outside of work, Lauren is passionate about exploring the outdoors. She enjoys hiking through Arizona’s diverse desert landscapes and camping in the state’s beautiful high-country forests, finding inspiration and balance in the natural beauty that surrounds her.
