Jenny Key, CMCA, PCAM

Jenny brings over 25 years of experience in the association management industry to her role at PMP. With a strong foundation in community management, client relations, sales, and operations, she is known for building trusted relationships and delivering effective, results-driven solutions for the communities she serves.

She has extensive experience working with condominiums, homeowner associations, and large-scale master-planned and mixed-use communities. Throughout her career, Jenny has successfully managed both portfolio and onsite communities across Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and South Carolina.

Jenny’s expertise includes governing document review, full-cycle budgeting and financial forecasting, transitions from declarant to homeowner control, and oversight of complex capital improvement projects. Her depth of knowledge and hands-on approach make her a valuable partner to boards and homeowners alike.

She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Anthropology with a focus on community development from the University of Memphis, and has earned CMCA and PCAM designations from the Community Associations Institute.
