Jennifer brings more than two decades of leadership experience in community association management, operations, and client relations to her role as Director of Community Management at PMP. Her extensive background spans both Illinois and Texas, where she has successfully overseen a diverse portfolio of condominium, commercial, developer, and homeowners associations.

Jennifer is a trusted liaison between Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors, ensuring seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic community growth. She leads and mentors a team of Community Managers and Associate Managers, guiding financial performance, project execution, contract administration, and board reporting. Her focus on leadership development and client retention has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering long-term partnerships—earning her recognition as Texas Director of the Year in 2022.

Prior to joining PMP, Jennifer served as Assistant Vice President in Illinois, where she led operations across multiple locations, recruited and developed high-performing teams, managed a portfolio of more than 200 properties, and established a dedicated customer service department to elevate homeowner satisfaction. Earlier in her career, she gained extensive on-site management experience and further strengthened her financial expertise as a Financial Advisor and District Manager in the financial planning and investment industry.

Jennifer is known for her strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and commitment to the communities she serves. Her ability to cultivate collaborative relationships, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional service continues to make her an invaluable leader within PMP and the clients she supports.
