Jason Mulkay brings over 25 years of experience in the Common Interest Development (CID) industry and has been an integral part of PMP’s Management Team since September 2021. As the Division Manager for PMP’s Orange County Division, Jason leads a team of Community Managers and Assistants while also managing a select portfolio of communities.

Before joining PMP, Jason owned and operated a boutique management company for 11 years, gaining firsthand insight into the complex and diverse needs of homeowner association management. His extensive expertise and hands-on leadership style have made him a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.

Jason is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and holds the Certified Association Management Consultant (CMCA) designation. His commitment to the industry is further highlighted by his seven-time nomination for CAI’s Veteran Manager of the Year, reflecting his professionalism, dedication, and exceptional contributions to the field.
