Erica Wood, CMCA, PMS

Community Associations Institute active member Erica Wood brings over 20 years of experience in community association management and currently serves as a Senior Community Manager with PMP. Prior to joining PMP, Erica earned her PCAM designation in Nevada and continues to work toward the highest national industry designation available through CAI. She currently holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Portfolio Management Specialist (PMS) designations. In addition, Erica has served on various CAI education committees and remains actively involved in industry development and continuing education.

Throughout her career, Erica has managed a diverse portfolio of communities, including large-scale homeowners associations, condominiums, townhome communities, and actively developing associations. She has extensive experience guiding boards through daily operations, budgeting, compliance, enforcement, vendor coordination, and long-range planning initiatives.

Erica is particularly passionate about working with developing communities to establish strong operational foundations and sustainable processes early in a community’s growth. Known for her proactive approach, responsiveness, and clear communication style, she focuses on building strong relationships with board members and residents while helping communities thrive through thoughtful and strategic management.
