Crystal Manoiki brings over 20 years of leadership experience within the Community Association (CID) industry to her role as Vice President of Community Management for PMP Northern California. Throughout her career, Crystal has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of communities, including condominiums, single-family homes, master-planned communities, 55+ communities, and complex high-rise residential buildings. Her operational expertise, paired with a hands-on, solutions-driven leadership style, has positioned her as a highly respected professional within the industry.

Prior to joining PMP, Crystal served in senior leadership roles overseeing multi-site portfolios and on-site high-rise operations in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has built and led high-performing teams of varying sizes and specialties — from administrative staff and maintenance/engineering teams to on-site security, operations, and multi-building management teams. Crystal is known for driving operational consistency, elevating customer service standards, strengthening Board relations, and mentoring Community Managers to advance in their careers.

Crystal’s extensive field experience includes guiding communities through major capital projects, complex building systems upgrades, risk-management initiatives, financial and budget oversight, and long-term strategic planning. She is recognized for her deep understanding of California’s Davis-Stirling Act, emergency preparedness, high-rise operations, and the unique demands of both aging infrastructure and luxury residential environments.

A native Californian and a dedicated industry professional, Crystal is committed to fostering strong Board partnerships, supporting the continued growth of PMP’s Northern California division, and elevating the lifestyle experience for residents and communities throughout the region.
