Her well-rounded industry background has given her a unique perspective on both the day-to-day needs of communities and the importance of building strong, lasting partnerships with Board Members and industry professionals.

Throughout her career, Candace has held leadership roles focused on community management, multifamily operations, branding, digital marketing, and business development. Most recently, she has focused her expertise on business development within the HOA management industry, where she enjoys connecting with Board Members, understanding the unique needs and priorities of their communities, and helping them identify management solutions that support their long-term goals.

Candace is passionate about relationship building and believes that successful partnerships are built on trust, communication, and a genuine understanding of the people and communities being served. Her extensive background in community management allows her to approach business development from a consultative perspective, helping Boards navigate the management selection process with confidence and clarity.

A Southern California native, Candace has developed strong relationships throughout the region and enjoys staying connected to the communities and industry she serves.
