Ashley Alvarado brings over 16 years of industry experience to her role as the Director of Community Management for PMP’s Los Angeles Division. 

Before joining PMP, Ashley held positions as a Dual-Site General Manager of Oakwood Studios Los Angeles and Oakwood Residence Miracle Mile where she honed her skills and expertise developing a stellar team dedicated to elevating the overall living experience.

An active participant in the Community Association Institute (CAI) Los Angeles Chapter, Ashley holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in community management. Ashley also holds an associate degree in legal studies, which has provided her with a solid foundation and comprehension of the law and its role in shaping societies, economies, and individual rights and responsibilities. 

Her performance at PMP Management, has consistently proven to foster positive environments within the communities she manages.
