Markus Ashley has been in the Common Interest Development Industry for over 18 years and has been a valuable member of PMP’s Management Team since June 2025. Markus is responsible for overseeing the Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego Divisions, mentoring, training, and providing support to the division’s talented team of Associate Community Managers, Community Managers, Senior Managers, Division Managers, and Divisional VPs.

Markus is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), earning designations as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM), and Community Association Manager Executive (CAMEx). In addition, Markus serves on the CAI-Orange County Public Relations Committee and is a frequent speaker at industry education forums, where he supports the continuing education of community association professionals and board members.

Born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, Markus is a proud husband of 23 years and a dedicated father to three amazing children.
