Christian Clegg is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in community management, project management, and luxury hospitality. With decades of experience overseeing luxury communities and multi-million-dollar projects, Christian has a proven track record of leadership, operational excellence, and high-level service.

Prior to joining PMP, Christian served as an on-site manager at The Colony Homeowners Association, one of the most prestigious gated communities in Park City, Utah, where he oversaw estate development, development of resort-like amenities, and extensive infrastructure projects, including a $15 million common area facility and restaurant project. His extensive experience also includes serving as an on-site manager and project manager for Deer Vista Development, where he managed the development of high-end real estate properties for this prestigious 400-acre private luxury community, overseeing estates valued in excess of $8 million. In these roles, Christen honed his expertise in community governance, vendor management, and long-term community planning as well.

With a strong foundation in both business and technical education, Christian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Portland State University, an Associate of Science in Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute, and an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from the Western Culinary Institute. His career in hospitality includes leadership roles as an Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at renowned resorts and private clubs in Aspen and Park City. He is also a Veteran from the US Army.
