A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Amanda spent her summers in San Francisco, California, fostering a bi-coastal perspective that has informed her professional journey. She launched her post-graduate career at Calthorpe Associates, an architecture firm in Berkeley, where she worked under the founder of New Urbanism. This experience laid the foundation for her multifaceted skill set, which spans operations, development, and strategic growth initiatives.
Amanda is widely recognized for her leadership, expansive industry network, and advisory contributions to emerging real estate technology ventures. Her career highlights include serving as Senior Manager of The Infinity high-rise in San Francisco for Action Property Management, Business Development Director at FirstService Residential, and Partnerships Manager at Zeus Living, where she facilitated collaborations between professional sports teams and real estate technology.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Amanda is deeply committed to community and industry engagement. She currently chairs the San Francisco ECHO Chapter Board, contributing to the advancement of the HOA industry, and is an active member of CAI, CACM, and AAREP.
